Job Purpose/Position Summary

Debt Structuring and Fundraising

Design and execute structured finance solutions like securitization, credit enhancement, and loan syndication.
Evaluate and negotiate terms with lenders, investors, and rating agencies.
Prepare detailed financial models to assess the impact of different financing structures.

2. Liquidity Management

Monitor the company’s liquidity position and ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
