Job Purpose/Position Summary

• Responsible for meeting target collections and recoveries • Ensuring all allocated customers are met, contacted wherever field collection is required or/and for customers who are delinquent or/and for customers directed by the ACM , etc • Ensuring follow-ups are done in a systematic method and recorded • Ensuring minimal conversions of Soft repayment to field collection • To monitor, measure and restrict forward flow of contracts • To ensure collection as per the contract allocation • To provide inputs to ACM for all customers. • Highlighting any discrepancies in customer behavior or asset

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategy formulation and implementation: • To ensure collection as per guidelines • To ensure minimum forward flows • To highlight need of repossession with proper justification • To ensure efficient cash handling and timely deposition of cash and cheques in the branch 2. Budget and Profitability: • Ensure effective recovery of debt and NPA management • Timely repossession to ensure minimal disposal losses, as per management norms 3. Product and Process related: • Ensure audit compliance 4. HR and People management: • To perform duties as per management guidelines and maintain a cordial approach and personality 5. Customer related: • Addressing customer concerns, pertaining to collections
