Job Purpose/Position Summary

To manage , supervise and facilitate the day-to-day functioning of cluster of branches in the region, Manage and periodically evaluate the real estate portfolio, Facilities Management, Assets Management & Maintenance (Non IT),  Branch Support Staff Payroll and Branch Statutory Compliance, Safety & Security Management, Travel Assistance to all the branches under the Region.

Job Responsibilities

• Identification, sourcing and acquisition of New premises for Shifting/New offices
• Ensure adherence to all legal, techno-commercial, design aesthetics, branding and safety requirements of properties being sourced / recommended
• Market benchmarking of property rates and options available with the existing MMFSL offices in the location or of the competition (BFSI and others)
• Identification, sourcing and acquisition of New premises for Shifting/New offices

• Infra Roll Out
• Analysis Upgradation (Fit Out) of identified Office
• Focus on Reutilization of Assets
• Project Planning and Roll out (incl Infra Scoping & Designing)
• Understanding of design / layout / SLR drawings / Safety aspects
