$19.52 to $21.47 hourly.  Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.  Government Center/Viera.  Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Performs experienced technical work coordinating and expediting facility maintenance and construction services and the preparation, review, and verification of billing and other financial records.
