What You’ll Do

• Manage gas distribution projects and supervise contractors’ work to ensure safety and compliance with SPPG and relevant authorities’ requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings with LTA, NParks, HDB, Town Councils, private developers/contractors and/or relevant authorities and retailers/customers in the course of the work.
• Issue works orders / materials to contractors to carry out the works.
• Monitor progress of the projects and prepare reports.
• Perform installation, pigging, purging, testing, connection and commissioning of gas pipes.
• Check and verify contractors’ claims after job completion and recommend for payment.
• Check and ensure accuracy of as-built plans submitted by contractors.
• Perform standby duties.
• Any other duties related to the job scope as assigned by Engineer/Technical Executive and the HoS.

What You’ll Need:

• Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline from any of the recognized Polytechnics in Singapore.
