Early Childhood Educators (Part-Time) 

 

The Hive Brighton is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our growing early learning centre. 

 

If you are a Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator looking to work in a supportive, collaborative, and professional environment, we’d love to hear from you. 

 

The Role 

  • Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
  • Support children’s development across social, emotional, and cognitive areas
  • Build strong, professional relationships with families and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with Lead Educators and the wider team
  • Support daily routines and contribute to a positive centre culture

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Previous experience in a long day care or early learning setting (preferred)
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
  • Current National Police Check (within 6 months)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
