Our Team, Your Impact

External Partnership Development:

  • Support the operational aspects of BD initiatives and facilitate coordination across the TGO organization.
  • Coordinate and support the execution phase of integrating these initiatives into the TGO (EMSO) Network.
  • Facilitate, coordinate, and support the Due Diligence process.
  • Provide assistance in agreement negotiation.

Divestments:

  • Support divestments of products or sites in alignment with TGO Strategy.
  • Conduct data gathering and analytics for the BD projects.
  • Provide negotiation support to ensure alignment with stakeholders to determine TGO's desired approach.
  • Prepare progress meeting packs and communicate effectively with all TGO stakeholders.
  • Manage carve-out and separation processes.
  • Integrate divested sites within the EMSO network.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Support and coordinate the operational aspects of TGO Network initiatives.
  • Support and coordinate the operational aspects of external partnership initiatives.

Specifically:

  • Organize and facilitate review meetings throughout the execution phase to ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders across TGO, ensuring that execution aligns with the agreed-upon governance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Provide proper operational support to the BD/deal team.

  • Develops cross-functionally aligned plans to ensure a smooth and on time execution of the transactions.

  • Data collection and address partners inquiries throughout the process.

  • Proactively identifies, defines and solves issues and risks that impact timely execution of plans.

  • Ensures plans are shared and approved by all functions (commercial and TGO functions).

  • Ensures prioritization and coordination across all functions, providing visibility to conflicting priorities, risks to implementation and status of initiatives. 

    • Appropriately escalates issues to ensure timely resolution.
    • Appropriately prioritize actions and makes trade-offs as needed to ensure timely execution of the overall transfer plans.
  • Additional special project assignments will be a frequent component of the job.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Education – MBA/MS degree.
  • Experience - 10+ years total experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Experience working in a global environment, leading complex, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills including cross-functional teamwork, effective written and oral communication skills, advanced project management skills, strong multi-cultural skills, high energy levels, and a bias towards action.
  • Ability to craft and deliver communication, influence audiences, and lead change management both internally and externally.
  • Ability to lead and influence without authority.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • MS office skills (e.g., excel and power point)
  • Previous experience in strategic planning, network strategy, operations and project management
