Job Purpose/Position Summary

To resolve NPA and Written off Contracts through Legal

To Defend the Company in Against Cases.

Job Responsibilities

Knowledge of Collections and recovery through Legal Proceedings
 Recommending and filing suitable legal actions against defaulters.
 Arbitration/Notice to Overdue/Chronic cases
 Recovery in system written off contracts
 To defend cases filed against the Company.
 Experience in SARFAESI
 Knowledge of Mortgages
 Appearing as POA holder on behalf of Company in Sec 138 NI Act matters, Mortgage suits, Summary Suits and other mode of Recovery through Legal.
 Exposure in handling Police and other Govt Authorities representing and safeguarding the

Interface with Defaulters to motivate for payment of dues.
 strategies and solutions, often in situations of high risk with limited time for assessing alternatives
