Job Purpose/Position Summary

? Responsible for handling the operational budget of FESsegment of the region. ? To maintain congenial relationship with Dealers sales team and Dealer principal. ? Monitor and implement process and policy.

Job Responsibilities

? Planning and implementation of product strategy and achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual budget. ? Portfolio management - Monitoring overdue levels segment wise, model wise, executive wise of each branch and planning and ensuring appropriate actions. ? Coordination between MMFSL and dealers (Principles, GM’s, and SM’s) for smooth business processing’s. ? Increase market share at all counters of the dealership’s, products and at area level. ? Maintain relationship with dealers and internal customers ? Co-coordinating with DM for new initiatives and implementation of directions and strategy ? Planning and participating in dealer marketing activities ? Monthly executive review and actions thereof ? Regular dealership and branch visits ? Responsible for employee productivity, engagement and motivation ? Identifying various training needs in the region for employees of FESmotive Vertical ? Margin protection – Control on Deviation of IRR, Service charges etc. ? Process and policy implementation ? Enquiry Management ? TAT and Service Standard improvement ? PDD Management – RC, Insurance and invoice ? Customer relationship – in touch program
