Accounting Operations Coordinator – High River, AB 

 

What a Typical Day Looks Like

 

  • Cheque printing of all client refunds and carrier advances
  • Preparing, recording deposits to client files and Carrier account
  • Providing query support to internal and external customers
  • Scanning
  • Closing activities in EPIC
  • Assisting with Year End Audit as required

  • Superior multi-tasking skills, in a deadline driven environment
  • Superior attention to detail in an accounting environment
  • Working  knowledge of basic accounting and book keeping principles

 

Role Details

Hours/Duration: 37.5 hours per week / contract until Feb 2028 (Mat leave)

Location: High River, AB (In office)

Compensation Range: $45,000 - $50,000
