Job Purpose/Position Summary

To develop new Channels for Affordable Housing like DSAs, Web Aggregators, SAMPARK Connectors etc. and empanel them with MRHFL
To maintain relationship with existing channel partners and source business from them
To achieve Affordable Housing disbursement targets through different channels
To ensure timely service to Channel Partners for cases referred by them
To handle end to end activities from login to disbursement within stipulated turn around time (TAT)
To ensure key customer satisfaction through customer service of the highest quality
To conduct trainings for Channel Partners for Product, policy and processes
