To support the sales function by ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful data reporting and analysis, enabling informed decision-making for senior management and stakeholders. The role also acts as a key link between business and IT for resolving data discrepancies and system-related issues.

A. Monthly Activities (Core Workflow):
- Support and track Sales Closure activities.
- Prepare and share Sales Reports for various stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Manual Sales Dashboards for Branches (AM & OE).
- Validate Qlik Sense data against internal sales data and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare Deep Dive Decks for Aftermarket (AM).
- Prepare Deep Dive Analysis for Original Equipment (OE).
- Assist in preparation of Vertical Presentations.
B. Ongoing Responsibilities (Throughout the Month):
- Share Daily Sales Status Reports with Senior Management.
- Provide sales data, reports, and analysis as required by stakeholders.
- Act as Point of Contact (POC) for Qlik Sense-related issues and coordinate with IT for resolution.
C. Irregular / Ad-hoc Activities:
- Prepare Competition Analysis (Excel & Presentations).
- Support Forecasting (Excel & Decks).
- Share Program Status Updates with Customers.
- Conduct Variance Analysis (Product Mix, Price Changes).
- Assist in Annual Budget Preparation.
- Handle Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Schedule B: Follow SOP/policy for decision to be made. (Moderate to Complex decision making)
Schedule C: Decide within approval limits) Complex/tactical/strategic decision making impacting the outcome.

- Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports and dashboards.
- Effective validation and reconciliation of Qlik Sense data with minimal discrepancies.
- Quality and insightfulness of deep-dive analysis and presentations.
- Responsiveness to data requests from stakeholders and senior management.
- Efficient resolution of system/data issues through IT coordination.
- Contribution to forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Educational Qualification
Skills & Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

MBA (preferred).

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (advanced functions, dashboards, data analysis).

Experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense.

Understanding of sales processes and reporting structures.

Data validation and analytical skills.

Presentation skills (PowerPoint).

Work Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales analytics, business analysis, or reporting roles.

Experience in handling dashboards, MIS, and working with cross-functional teams preferred.
