Job Purpose/Position Summary

    Managing RCU activities (screening / sampling) at certain branches and for all the MMFSL products. Identifying fraud trends and suggesting, implementing fraud checks at regular interval. 
    Minimizing fraud losses and maximize fraud recoveries. Liaison and maintenance of effective communication with law enforcement agencies and association with risk managers of other financial institutions. Environment scanning for any new trend of frauds modus operandi and new controls. Surprise audit to branches and vendors for processes, documentation and compliance. Increasing risk awareness between internal stake holders on the benefits of control. Finding balance between control and convenience.

Job Responsibilities

Managing screening, sampling, investigation activities for respective circle.
