Job Purpose/Position Summary

To develop SME Unsecured Business Loans in assigned geography, and also monitoring of entire portfolio assigned.

Job Responsibilities

1. Sourcing the Unsecured Business Loan cases in the market to achieve the sales target in assigned geography.
2. Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with channel partners such as DSA (Direct Selling Agents), brokers, dealers, and retailers to increase lead generation and loan disbursements.
3. Analyse the market trend for products development and do market research.
4. Planning & execution of market promotional activities according to market & business requirements.
5. Liasoning with Internal teams like Credit, Legal, Operations for queries related to disbursements.
6. Post-disbursement monitoring, ensure performance monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality.
7. Responsible for end-to-end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
8. Promote cross-selling and up-selling of the other financial products.
