Job Purpose/Position Summary

Recovery of money from due customers or delinquent customers.

Job Responsibilities

Planning of daily travel schedule as per route plan Collection of EMI from the customers – (E.g. Overdue as well as current month dues) Collection of AFC and other dues from customers Ensuring maximum collection of money from customers on or before Due date. Timely submission of collected cash in the office as per the company policy. Visiting/ Calling customers as per commitments To visit /call all the customers as per allocation Collection of pending post disbursement documents from customers. To ensure cordial relationships between all subordinates, peers, superiors, banks, dealers, dealer salesmen and customers. Developing housing loans business through existing customers. Achieving collection efficiency and reducing NPA’s as per monthly targets Capturing visit details in the form of MOM(Minutes of Meeting)
