Job Responsibilities

RBMI and Repo Asset Coordination • RBMI/ Queries Resolution • Repo Stock Tracker andUpdation • Stock Liquidation/Supporting team to update data in Online Auction EMLAP • Data Updationand cleaning in co-ordination with RM Team • Deal Approvalsin EMLAP • Asset creation – Need to coordinate with RM Team • Asset linkage to schemes • Dealer code creation - Need to coordinate with RM Team • Asset mapping - with schemes. Invoice /RC/Insurance - Updation in System • Coordinating with team for updating Invoice/RC/Insurance in system • Sending pendency report on weekly basis and motivating team to collect and update in system. Insurance Penetration • Insurance Penetration to 50% through MIBL for 1st year • Insurance Penetration to 30% through MIBL for 2nd year and above. • APD replishmentand balance confirmation. • Providing list of cases booked under APD to Accounts team for passing JV. Claims - Disposal Loss cases • DL cases confirmation from ARD and ABH Team • DL/POS working for CV Vertical and MTBD / MEM to decide on stock disposal. • Co-ordinating for claim settlement and balance confirmation. • Providing list of cases for Income booking to Accounts Team. Supporting in Policy and Process Making and HR Related Activities • Preparing and Updating Manual/Circular • Supporting in all HR related activity to Sanjay
