Job Purpose/Position Summary

Recovery of money from Cash based customers or defaulting customers

Job Responsibilities

    Making collection efficiency plan
    Planning of daily travel schedule.
    Collection of EMI from the customers – Overdues as well as Current month Due.
    Collection of AFC/SFC due from customers.
    Ensuring maximum collection through cheques or branch collections.
    Timely submission of collected cash in the office.
    Taking customer appointments on customer commitments for collection.
    Collection of pending post disbursement documents from customers.
    Ensure maintenance of cordial relationships between all subordinates, peers, superiors, banks, dealers, dealer salesmen and customers.
    Developing personal loan & refinance business through existing customers.
