Job Summary

The Execution Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all site execution activities related to high-rise residential projects using Mivan construction technology. The role requires ensuring timely completion of structural works while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

  • Execute and monitor day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings and project schedules.
  • Supervise Mivan formwork installation, alignment, leveling, and dismantling activities.
  • Ensure smooth execution of RCC works, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and curing.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure achievement of project milestones.

Mivan Formwork Management

  • Plan and manage Mivan cycle activities to achieve targeted floor cycle times.
  • Inspect Mivan panels for quality, alignment, and proper assembly.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, handling, and inventory control of Mivan materials.
  • Identify and resolve execution issues related to Mivan technology.

Quality Control

  • Ensure execution work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections before concreting and coordinate with QA/QC teams.
  • Monitor dimensional accuracy, plumb, line, and level checks.
  • Implement corrective actions for quality deviations.

Safety Management

  • Ensure compliance with site safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for work crews.
  • Monitor safe working practices during formwork erection, concreting, and lifting operations.
  • Coordinate with EHS teams to maintain a safe work environment.

Resource & Material Management

  • Plan manpower deployment and monitor productivity.
  • Coordinate material requirements with procurement and store departments.
  • Track consumption of concrete, steel, and formwork materials.
  • Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
  • Prepare work progress updates and productivity reports.
  • Coordinate for measurement and billing activities.
  • Assist in preparing look-ahead schedules and execution plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in execution of high-rise residential projects.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Mivan formwork construction.
  • Strong understanding of RCC construction methodology and finishing activities.
  • Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Mivan formwork systems and cycle planning.
  • Knowledge of RCC works, reinforcement detailing, and concrete technology.
  • Familiarity with construction quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
  • Understanding of project scheduling and resource planning.
