Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Execution Engineer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in the execution of water and wastewater projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with contractors and consultants, monitoring project progress, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of project activities as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of water and wastewater project activities at site.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and associated installation works.
• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and client representatives.
• Monitor daily and weekly project progress and prepare MIS/progress reports.
• Ensure proper deployment and utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.
• Review drawings and identify discrepancies or site-related technical issues.
• Coordinate with the design/engineering team for RFI, technical clarifications, and drawing revisions.
• Monitor material requirements, site inventory, and timely availability of materials.
• Ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with approved ITP, QA/QC procedures, and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure adherence to project safety requirements and support implementation of HSE procedures at site.
• Identify execution bottlenecks and take corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Verify measurements and support preparation/checking of contractor bills and quantity reconciliation.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, work permits, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, risks, and resource requirements.
• Support successful completion and handover of the project within time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in execution of water/wastewater or infrastructure projects.
