ob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Execution Engineer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in high-rise residential building construction. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site execution, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities for high-rise residential buildings.
  • Execute RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate execution of columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, core walls, staircases, and other structural elements.
  • Monitor formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and deshuttering activities.
  • Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, line, and alignment before concrete pouring.
  • Coordinate with structural, architectural, MEP, and services teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Study and interpret GFC drawings, structural drawings, architectural drawings, and shop drawings.
  • Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate with the design/consultant team for timely resolution.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure proper deployment of manpower, materials, and machinery.
  • Plan daily and weekly work activities and monitor progress against project schedules.
  • Ensure construction activities are completed within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and ensure compliance with approved method statements and ITPs.
  • Ensure proper execution of concrete works, including slump tests, cube testing, pour cards, and concrete records.
  • Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
  • Verify quantities and measurements for subcontractor work and support RA bill certification and quantity reconciliation.
  • Maintain daily progress reports, site records, checklists, and other project documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
  • Identify site constraints and resolve execution-related issues to avoid delays.
  • Ensure compliance with construction safety standards, PPE requirements, and site HSE procedures.
  • Participate in site meetings and provide regular updates on progress, manpower, material requirements, and execution challenges.
  • Support snag rectification, testing, finishing, and project handover activities.

Required Project Experience

Candidates should have relevant experience in high-rise residential construction, preferably involving:

  • RCC framed structures
  • High-rise towers
  • Shear wall/core wall construction
  • Aluminium/steel formwork systems
  • Conventional shuttering
  • Reinforcement and concreting
  • Blockwork/AAC blockwork
  • Internal and external plaster
  • Waterproofing
  • Flooring and tiling
  • Painting and finishing works
  • Terrace and podium works
  • Basement construction
  • External development works

Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil execution, preferably with reputed real estate developers or construction/EPC companies.
  • Candidates with strong exposure to high-rise residential projects will be preferred.
