What you’ll do:

"Supplier Developmentof Electrical parts with various suppliers as per Eaton standard requirements, APQP, PPAP completion and excute the flaw less launch. 
Supplier improvement and maintain the supplier performance. "    
"1. Follow up, evaluate and work on the approval of PPAP from external and internal suppliers
2. Identify, investigate, and Resolve Supplier Technical and/or System issues related to product or process realization to have effective closures.
3. Perform supplier capability assessments (process, quality system, technical competence)
4. Evaluate and qualify electrical/electronic suppliers (wiring harnesses, PCBs, ECUs, sensors, motors, coils, connectors, relays, etc.)
5. Drive supplier development plans to close gaps in quality, process, and technology
6. Support new supplier onboarding and localization initiatives
7. Lead PPAP / APQP, Control Plans & PFMEA, Process audits
8. Ensure compliance with applicable standards: IEC, UL, ISO, SAE, IPC
9. Validate supplier manufacturing processes for electrical products"    

Qualifications:

BE in (Mechanical/Production/Aeronautical/ Industrial Engineering
"1.Minimum 6~10 years of experience in, Manufacturing / or Process Engineering and  Supplier Development and Quality

Skills:

Experience in working with global customers & suppliers."

Cable crimping, soldering, potting, conformal coating
SMT / THT PCB assembly processes
Test methods: Hi‑pot, Continuity, Functional testing
Process capability (Cp/Cpk)
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings/specs"
