What You'll Do:
- Assist the Head of Unit (HOU) to ensure operational performance standards are achieved for Technical Support Unit (TSU).
- Assist the HOU to manage the deployment of team resources, including daily operations on site investigation jobs carry out by field staff, attend to customer’s feedback and complaint, and conduct site investigation.
- Advise stakeholders (customers, regulator etc.) on escalated cases and facilitate service recovery.
- Analyze and provide customers guidance in respect to customers’ non-standard technical connections.
- Develop working procedures and guidelines to integrate process automation to enhance the operation efficiencies and customer experiences.
- Able to handle project and change request for system independently, which include testing and implementation
- Able to lead projects relating to AI capability development, deployment, change management and team execution to drive productivity and system adoption.
What You'll Need:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board Singapore.
- Preferably, have some knowledge in Singapore Standard SS638 and Electricity Regulations.
- Possess with knowledge in MS Word, Power Point, Power BI, Data Analytics, Chat GPT, RPA, GenAI.
- Possess leadership qualities with the ability to lead, supervise and motivate a large team of staff.
- Possess customer service skills and able to handle difficult customers.
- Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably, possess class 2 and/or class 3 and has own motor vehicle.
