MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for performing repair and maintenance of furniture, wooden fixtures, doors, flooring, and decorative elements throughout the property. They will carry out minor civil works such as masonry, tiling, and painting as required, while also conducting routine preventive maintenance and responding promptly to carpentry-related work requests. The role includes supporting furniture installation, relocation, and layout modifications during projects or events. All tasks must be completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards, with proper upkeep of tools, equipment, and workshop areas. This role is also expected to report major issues beyond their scope to the supervisor and coordinate effectively with other maintenance teams.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Basic fluency in English (oral and written). 
Minimum one year of experience (part time or full time) in civil or carpentry work, preferably in hospitality, residential, or commercial buildings.
Vocational or technical training in carpentry, woodworking, or civil maintenance is preferred. 
Strong skills in using carpentry tools, machines, and wood finishing techniques.
Basic knowledge of civil maintenance tasks (e.g., patching walls, minor concrete or tile repair).
Ability to read simple technical drawings or furniture installation guides.
Physically fit, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing issues.
Available to work on daily worker basis (paid on a per‑day basis) and able to start immediately.
