About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and proactive professional to manage, scale, and support the Gemini Enterprise platform. This role sits at the intersection of platform administration, program management, and strategic growth. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring platform stability, driving early adoption, enabling business teams, and executing Gemini Enterprise's global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

-Platform Operations & Administration: Maintain, optimize, and manage core system configurations, access controls, and roles to ensure the stability, performance, and security of the Gemini Enterprise platform. Oversee platform monitoring, incident management, and cost optimization.

-Program Management & EAP: Oversee and manage Early Access Program (EAP) activities. Coordinate with pilot users, gather feedback, translate it into an actionable product backlog, and drive initial adoption.

-Strategic Global Expansion: Play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, localization, regional readiness, and deployment execution for the global rollout of Gemini Enterprise.

Qualifications & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

-5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud platforms, or infrastructure roles.

-2+ years of experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI platforms in enterprise environments.

-Proven experience managing or operating enterprise platforms with a strict focus on reliability, scalability, and security in cross-functional, global environments.

Technical Skills & Core Competencies

-AI & Machine Learning: Strong understanding of Gen AI concepts (prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, agent-based architectures) and knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices (deployment, monitoring, evaluation, optimization).

-Engineering & Cloud: Experience with Python, API-based integrations, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred). Familiarity with security, data privacy, and governance in enterprise environments.

-Leadership & Execution: Strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, program/project management capabilities, change management mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
