Job Purpose/Position Summary

To develop CV refinance considering plans to do 1000 Crores in the said products for the respective CG’s.

Job Responsibilities

? Designing product and scheme as per the market dynamics and geographies. ? Develop and improve CV REF business through defined or allocated team. ? Preparation of the budget inline with the company budget and achievement including Business growth and portfolio health as per management direction. ? Create and build a strong, dedicated team to achieve CV newand used business budget achievements. ? Ensure regular review of the policy, suggesting amendments and ensuring adherence of the policy guideline. ? Updating the market scenario to the management regularly. ? Capability building of the team by regular guiding and ensuring needful training program. ? Review monitoring of the team on regular basis through MIS and personal visits. ? Ensuring synergy with various departments to ensure smooth flow of processes and activities. ? Regular visit to Strategic Dealers and Manufactures for relationship management and possible tie ups. ? Regular interaction with all zonal/ regional teams to ensure all possible support to the product teams available.
