Job Purpose/Position Summary

Job Responsibilities

•Accurately record claim notifications/Intimations received in Insurer’s Portal / branches.
•Assisting Branch Team in uploading the 'NEW' claims in Insurer’s Claims Portal 
•Intimate branches on additional documents requirements if any 
•Query resolution if raised by Insurance Company / Branches 
•Maintaining proper track of Claim Intimation, Documentation & Follow-up record
•Follow-up with filed team for timely submission of claim documents after intimation of claim
•Follow-up with Insurance Company for speedy settlement of claims
•Conduct meeting with Insurance Company for discussion on pending claims to expedite the claim processing. 
•Prepare & circulate MIS of claims under process with current status to all regions. 
•Intimate EMI Benefit claim settlement details to MMFSL A/cs Dept. for credit confirmation
•Intimate branches on Settlement & rejection of claim details
•Sharing the Knowledge materials related to claims process with client/MMFSL branch team.
•To Assist the team in streamlining of entire process related activities and improving the same for having better control mechanism, thereby ensuring compliance with the guidelines
•To provide efficient & prompt customer service 
•To strictly adhere to the rules & regulations issued by IRDAI for carrying out Insurance Broking business
