Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced MDM Technical Lead with strong expertise in Reltio/ Informatica IDMC MDM to lead requirements, technical design and development of Master Data Management solutions. The role requires deep hands-on skills in data profiling of data sources, match rules, survivorship logic, and merge analysis.

Job Responsibilities

MDM Requirements, Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead MDM requirements-gathering sessions to gather functional and technical requirements for MDM systems. Perform POC to confirm technical feasibility of requirements in case required.
• Lead technical design and architecture of MDM solutions using Reltio and IDMC MDM.
• Define and implement MDM data model, match rules, survivorship rules and workflows for pharma master data domains (Customer, Product, Payer)
• Conduct match evaluation covering under-merge and over-merge analysis to fine-tune matching logic and ensure accurate entity resolution.
• Guide development teams in implementing best practices for MDM solutions.

Implementation & Development

• Configure and customize Reltio/IDMC MDM solutions, including data models, hierarchies, and workflows.
• Develop ETL pipelines, and integration components to connect MDM with CRM and other data sources.
• Develop ETL pipelines for Publish Layer which consists of Mastered Golden records for downstream consumption.

Data Governance & Quality

• Implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes to ensure high-quality master data.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Act as the technical point of contact for vendors and external partners.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide technical oversight for ongoing MDM operations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MDM capabilities and adoption.

BE/B.Tech

Master of Computer Application

Work Experience

Experience: 7+ years of experience in MDM Implementation in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries preferred. 

Pharma Data Knowledge: Familiarity with datasets like IQVIA, Veeva CRM and life sciences domain.

Should have expertise and working experience in at least 2 MDM projects building pre-MDM and post-MDM ETL and data models.

Technical Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in Reltio/Informatica IDMC MDM platforms with proficiency in:

• Match Rules configuration and evaluation
• Survivorship rules design and implementation
• Under-merge and over-merge analysis
• Entity resolution and workflow design
• ETL tools and SQL for building Pre-MDM and Post MDM Integrations

Stakeholder & Cultural Management: Strong collaboration skills to work with business teams in India and the US. 

Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.
