Position Summary

Techno-functional manager in market access processes with prior expertise in pharma and data management.

Job Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Strong Pharma domain understanding HCP, Payer, Provider, Formulary, Patient, Product to lead requirements-gathering sessions of Market Access Data Management and Reporting projects.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for data engineering teams.
• Prioritize requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews and documentation reviews to refine business objectives.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding of goals and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to help stakeholders leverage data solutions effectively.

Process Improvement & Governance

• Support Agile project execution by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure best practices in data governance, data quality and compliance with pharmaceutical data regulations.

Technical & Analytical Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of data management, ETL processes and system integrations for Market Access project.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Support the implementation of Databricks for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.

Reporting & Insights Generation

• Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing business trends and providing insights.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to define key performance metrics and reporting needs.
• Ensure data solutions align with business reporting and compliance requirements.

Education

BE/B.Tech

Master of Computer Application

Work Experience

Experience: 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries preferred

Business Analysis Expertise: Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and process improvement.

Pharma Data Knowledge: Familiarity with datasets SP/Hub,  3PL, IQVIA, Symphony, MMIT, Fingertip,Veeva

Technical Understanding: Ability to lead data engineering teams on system integrations and ETL processes. Experience with Databricks and Informatica IDMC is a plus.

Stakeholder & Cultural Management: Strong collaboration skills to work with business teams and global teams in India and the US.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.
