Job Role :  Tire Designer

Departments: Technology and R&D

Location: Mumbai

Reports To: Lead - Tire Design

3: Duties & Responsibilities

• To prepare DEPR documents
• Supporting in making ERD’s for release of products
• Development of new patterns, Cavity, Layouts and specification.
• Co-ordination with plant team to follow development activities.
• To work on product improvements
• To coordinate with design centers located abroad for design works.
• Responsible for end to end product development.
• Work on in-house developed PLM software
• Ensure technical training for new team members
• Support interdepartmental activities

4: Key Result Areas .

• Number of new product development as per plan
• Ensure reply to OEM queries/request from internal customers
• Ensure project design & development as per plan
• Make a presentation of findings & implementation in my current progress
• Provide OEM support for all released sizes

• Experience in design and development process in relevant segment of tire industry

Work Experience

Functional

• Around 3- 6 years
• Hand on experience in software’s like ACAD, 3D software’s like UG, Catia
