This role reports to Prestige Centre, Retail Banking Division. 

 

Our ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of banking experience, preferably in customer service or sales.
  • Financial planning certification(s) such as FPPP is an added advantage.
  • Ability to speak and communicate effectively in Mandarin is preferred, enabling better engagement with a broader client base.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a polished professional presence suitable for client-facing roles.
  • A sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and meet clients’ financial needs.
  • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • A balance of independence and team collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively increase and manage Prestige’s clientele base.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on banking products and drive revenue growth for Wealth Management and Baiduri Capital investments products.
  • Participate in off-site sales activities, client acquisition initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on portfolio performance and market developments.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through professional advisory and service excellence.
  • To oversee and grow clients' investment portfolios through tailored financial planning.
