Job Purpose/Position Summary

To implement effective HR processes across the state partnering with employees & management.
Achieve the business objectives through monitoring and execution of HR process in Talent Acquisition, PMS, Engagement & CSR initiatives.
Effective utilisation of the HR specialist resources for various HR process and ensure quality and timely results.

Responsible for HR deliverables for the state utilising HR specialised resources for the state.
Talent Acquisition – Ensuring Manpower Onboard as per the approved budget and hiring new positions / replacements within TAT.
Implementing Performance Appraisal by ensuring adherence of policy and process within timelines.
Executing all Employee Engagement Initiatives as per plan and within time lines.
Adherence to governance (Confirmation, Transfers, Attendance, F&F and Polices) as per quality procedure and process
Managing Business Relationship with the all Business Verticals/ Departments /Group Companies
Adhering Statutory HR Compliance and On-time closure of all Disciplinary matters in the State. State HR will be representing HR Regional Committee member for all Disciplinary matters
Conducting CSR Activities as per the CSR calendar with the targeted employee participation.
Regular branch visits for employee engagements, business requirements and employee connect.
Ensuring timely reporting on HR Activities.
