What you’ll do:

We are seeking a highly experienced sourcing specialist for key industrial commodities including Electrical & Electronics commodities. The ideal candidate will have 03 to 07 years of experience in strategic sourcing, driving supplier performance, and delivering cost efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing:
•    Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
•    Lead supplier identification, evaluation, and qualification processes.
•    Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve optimal value and risk mitigation.
•    Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to align sourcing with technical requirements.
•    Support new product development and localization initiatives.

Supplier & Process Management:
•    Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
•    Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking.
•    Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
•    Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier capabilities.

Qualifications:

1.    Bachelor’s degree in engineering,  
2.    Minimum 03 to 07 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.

Skills:

1.    Proven expertise in sourcing: Electronics
2.    Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
3.    Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and sourcing tools.
4.    Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
