Summary:

This role is responsible for providing strategic financial insights, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and supporting decision-making processes within the organization. This position will provide financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and generating comprehensive reports to drive financial performance and support business growth.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, utilizing financial models, key performance indicators, and other analytical tools to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance, variance analysis, and key insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the annual budgeting process by coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing historical data, and providing guidance on budget development and financial targets.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years financial planning and forecasting experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, develop financial models, and conduct in-depth financial analysis
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting
