Job Description - E-commerce

Key Accountiblities: 

1. E-commerce Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute annual e-commerce strategy aligned with company objectives
• Drive revenue growth across all online platforms
• Identify new digital channels and expansion opportunities
• Define pricing, assortment, and promotional strategy for online business

2. Financial

• Ensure profitability targets are achieved
• Control trade spending and promotional efficiency
• Optimize ROI across all digital investments

3. Key Account Management

• Manage strategic relationships with major e-commerce partners ( Ninja-Keeta-Noon-Amazon& Hunger station)
• Negotiate commercial agreements, rebates, and visibility packages
• Ensure execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners

4. Digital Trade Marketing

• Build and execute annual promotional calendar
• Lead digital campaigns (flash sales, seasonal activations, exclusives)
• Ensure strong online visibility and brand positioning
• Collaborate with marketing team on digital content and campaigns

5. Supply Chain & Execution Excellence

• Ensure high availability and service levels across all platforms
• Drive improvements in fulfillment speed and order accuracy
• Work with logistics teams to optimize last-mile delivery performance

6. Data, Insights & Performance Management

• Lead advanced analytics for e-commerce performance
• Track KPIs: sales, conversion, traffic, repeat rate, AOV
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management

7. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and develop e-commerce team (assistants, coordinators, analysts)
• Set clear objectives and performance KPIs
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, and supply chain
