Service Area: States Property Unit

    

Salary Grade: PSE Grade C

   

Salary Range: £15.9389 - £16.4784 per hour / £605.68 - £626.18 per week (38 hours)

   

Working Arrangements: Full Time

    

States Property Unit is seeking to appoint a proactive and enthusiastic Caretaker to support the Site Supervisor to manage and maintain the school to ensure the facilities are in good working order, the site is safe, clean, and an appropriate learning and working environment is maintained.

This is a full-time permanent post, to help with cleaning at the school, repairing and where time permits some re-decoration. Supporting site security and locking/unlocking of the premises. To support traffic management at drop off and collection each day. To help with setting up tables and chairs for assemblies, exams, or parent’s evenings and support the general running of the school.
