Role Summary:
As a Catman Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing Catman processes for Key Customers, developing strategies to be the partner of choice and drive category growth. Primary responsibilities is to implement RCD process where CP is advisor, leveraging on data-driven insights, RGM, to support category "3 More" opportunities to drive category growth. Also support the Commercial Team to identify category opportunities / white spaces by customer.
Responsibilities:
- Lead RCD Processes: Oversee Category Knowledge, Optimization, and Customer Collaboration services to maintain a competitive advisory role
- Develop Selling Stories: Create compelling narratives for customers that showcase category expertise and highlight specific growth opportunities
- Elevate Customer Knowledge: Drive category education through buyer inductions, PR letters, scorecards, and specialized CP tools
- Analyze Syndicated Data: Use Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby, and point of sales data as a competitive advantage to identify business opportunities by customer
- Generate Actionable Insights: Continuously integrate key learnings and shopper insights into daily operations through networking and regular updates
- Execute & Monitor Strategies: Coordinate in-field tests and implementation plans, evaluating impact against control stores to improve the understanding of category demand drivers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Catman or similar roles (Customer Development or Consumer Marketing)
- Experience managing Nielsen and/or Kantar
- Google Suite and Excel Proficiency
- Intermediate/Advanced English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing Dunnhumby and Spaceman
- Experience leading customers
- Strong presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and decision making
