We are looking for a Chef De Partie

As a Chef De Partie, we rely on you to;

• Lead the team and operation of the allocated kitchen and to be involved in daily operation
• Controls and ensures that expenses, purchases and requisitions are within budget limits
• Reports directly to the Sous Chef / Chef De Cuisine, update and monitor staff operation matters
• Good knowledge of food service techniques and menu contents
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards guest during contact
• Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the hotel when handling food
• Ensure proper use and cleaning of equipment in order to prolong the use and prevent damage
• Maintain a professional appearance according to hotel grooming standards

We are looking for someone who;

• Has a pleasant personality, presentable and articulate
• Excellent verbal and written english language
• College level or equivalent training experience
• At least two years experience in the same capacity
• Self-starter, team player and committed
• Able to set, accept and tackle demanding objectives with enthusiasm
• Experience working in a remote location is considered an advantage
