Your team’s dynamic:

Our group is responsible for the design of Security Center SaaS, a unified physical security solution deployed in the cloud or as a hybrid solution. It brings together access control, video management, investigation, intrusion monitoring, automation, and advanced security features. 

As a Product Owner – Access Control, you will be responsible for defining product specifications and prioritizing features to effectively meet business needs. You will work closely with the product management team and with all levels of the research and development team. 

Your day at a glance:

  • Act as the liaison between the product management team and the research and development team
  • Translate business needs into concrete product requirements and specifications for the R&D team
  • Collaborate with the user experience (UX) team to define an experience that meets market demands
  • Support the research and development team throughout the development and testing cycle
  • Prioritize and maintain the R&D team’s backlog, ensuring development teams work efficiently on the most important features
  • Provide technical support to the product management team

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Experience in a software development environment or in product management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning and priority management skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully, while respecting constraints and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of collaboration; ability to interact at multiple levels within the organization
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)

An asset if you have:

  • Experience in the physical security industry
  • Experience with SaaS solutions
