About the roleAre you a strategic leader with a strong affinity for events and festivals? Mobile Locker is looking for a Chief of Events to lead our event organization across multiple countries and take our festival operations to the next level — strategically, commercially, and structurally. This role is not about daily operational execution, but about setting direction, aligning teams, optimizing capacity and costs, and strengthening partnerships across our European markets.

Your responsibilitiesAs Chief of Events, you will: • Provide strategic leadership to the Event teams across multiple countries, managing Team Leads and ensuring alignment in vision, priorities, and ways of working. • Act as the central point of coordination between countries, ensuring consistency in processes, planning, reporting, and execution standards. • Define and monitor budgets, cost structures, and margins within the Events organization, with a strong focus on optimization and scalability. • Oversee capacity planning of Mobile Locker units, anticipating future needs based on growth, market demand, and commercial strategy. • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure commercial feasibility and operational efficiency. • Support and strengthen partnerships (local and international), ensuring long-term collaboration, clear expectations, and smooth cooperation. • Represent Mobile Locker at A-festivals, fairs and key events across different countries, focusing on networking, relationship-building, and strategic presence. • Ensure the Events organization is prepared for growth by structuring teams, roles, and responsibilities in a sustainable way. • Drive a shared mindset and culture across countries: same direction, same standards, same ambition — adapted where needed to local realities. • Monitor performance through KPIs, reporting, and regular alignment moments with Team Leads. • Stay closely involved with the business without being embedded in day-to-day operational details.
