As a Chinese Restaurant Manager, We rely on you to:
作为中餐厅经理我们希望您承担以下职责：
• Maximize team service management and performance.
• Maintain consistency in quality of food / beverage / service /cleanliness of sections appointed.
• Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction.
• Proper and tactful handling of verbal complaints from customers.
• Ensure effective communication within sections appointed and with other divisions.
• Conduct / attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required.
• Update the log book for respective section and submit to division head daily.
• Recommends improvements in all aspects of their appointed sections as appropriate.
• Ensures that staff applies the necessary precautions with regards to the SFSMS standards.

• 始终如一地保持指定餐厅的食品/酒水/服务/清洁度。
• 在运营中不断地收集客人的反馈意见，以确保令客人喜出望外。
• 正确并且有技巧地处理客人的口头投诉。
• 确保指定部门内部及其与其它大部门之间的有效交流。
• 按要求组织/ 参加餐饮大部及各部门会议。
• 就指定部门的各个方面提出改进建议。
• 确保员工对集团食品卫生管理系统标准给予必要的遵守。
We are looking for someone who has:
候选人应具备以下能力：
• Has good organizational skills
• Has experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Mature and has good logic.
• Displays initiative.
• 具有良好的组织能力
• 拥有5星级酒店工作经验
• 乐于与人沟通交流
• 成熟及良好的逻辑思维能力
• 工作积极主动
