Claims Processor Customer Service

• Analyze and process insurance claims • Negotiate settlement terms • Maintain accurate claims records • Learn and apply workers' compensation policies and regulations • Review and assist with claim forms • Support claimants in explaining their claims Assist management with complex cases • Prepare reports on all cases • Ensure timely review and approval of claims by Claims Examiners • Accurately code injuries or illnesses in the claims system • Maintain workers' compensation claim log Perform data entry in the Workers' Compensation system
