• Sort, log and scan returned cheques in database • Action instructions received in the return cheque database • Remail returned cheques when applicable • Indexing of scanned claims by validating members and identifying claims type in the markup stamp • Follow business processes for the awaiting follow up queue, the re-scan requests and the recycle requests • Cross training of Easy Dental Validation, Dental Predeterminations and Dental Claims • Complete duties as assigned by the Team Leader
