Job Summary

Client Executive – Poland – Enterprise (Contract-to-Perm) 

As a Client Executive for Enterprise Accounts at NetApp, you will lead strategic sales engagements with Poland’s largest organizations in the financial services, energy, and manufacturing sectors. You will drive growth by partnering with C‑level leaders, understanding industry-specific challenges, and positioning NetApp’s portfolio to deliver measurable business outcomes. Your ability to orchestrate complex sales cycles and collaborate across internal and partner teams will be key to success.

 

Contract & Employment Details 

  • Employment type: 3‑month fixed‑term contract, payrolled via a third‑party agency
  • Conversion intent: Intention to convert to a full‑time employee (FTE) when the NetApp legal entity in Poland goes live (target: August, subject to confirmation)
  • Guaranteed earnings: 3‑month guaranteed bonus during the contract period
  • Additional allowance: Car allowance paid in addition to base and commission, due to customer‑facing requirements
  • Benefits: Statutory benefits including private medical cover
  • Work style: Remote worker with a future expectation of hybrid (once a week) when the office opens
  • Location: Warsaw, Poland

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and execute account strategies for enterprise customers in banking, insurance, utilities, energy, and manufacturing.
  • Develop deep relationships with business, IT, and operational stakeholders to uncover new opportunities and expand NetApp’s footprint.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: pipeline generation, qualification, solution design, pricing, quoting, and contract negotiation.
  • Partner with Solution Engineers to shape long-term data and cloud strategies aligned to industry needs such as resilience, compliance, sustainability, and automation.
  • Manage multiple high-value, complex deals simultaneously with a customer-first mindset.
  • Leverage your network to identify new buying centers and drive cross-portfolio adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and distributors to accelerate enterprise growth and ensure seamless execution.

Job Requirements

  • Strong track record in enterprise sales, ideally within financial services, energy, or manufacturing.
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior executives and translate business challenges into value-led technology solutions.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with high commercial impact.
  • Strong understanding of modern data infrastructure, cloud, hybrid architectures, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Native-level Polish and fluent English.
