We’re on the lookout for two proactive, people-focused Client Experience Partners to join our team. This is a role where you’ll be right in the middle of the action - connecting clients, sales and operations to create a seamless, high-quality experience.

About the role
You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, making sure they feel supported, valued and across the full range of what TIMG offers.
From re-engaging dormant clients to spotting new opportunities, you’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships and contributing to business growth.
What you’ll be doing

Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction

Build strong relationships through regular communication and proactive follow-ups

Provide after-sales support and re-engage dormant or inactive clients

Respond to client enquiries across phone, email, and ticketing systems in a timely manner

Promote relevant products and services to enhance client value

Identify opportunities and pass qualified leads to Sales and Account Managers

Book meetings and coordinate schedules for sales and management teams

Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking within CRM systems

Generate reports and provide insights on client activity and opportunities

Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to align on client priorities
About you
You’re a confident communicator who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re organised, proactive, and bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset.

Experience in customer service, client engagement, or appointment setting

Confident phone manner and strong written communication skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of tasks

Comfortable using CRM systems and managing client data

Experience in IT or digital solutions (minimum 2 years preferred)

Sales experience or qualifications (desirable but not essential)
