Client Payment Specialist

All of us are goal-oriented with a strong belief in teamwork power built on the strength of each of us.  We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Client Payment Specialist who will work with a high daily volume of transactions, ensure payment accuracy, and collaborate with banks, payment providers and internal teams. • Processing a large volume of transactions in full compliance with regulatory requirements; ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of transfers between banks, payment providers and market counterparties; • Handling client payment operations: deposits, withdrawals, exceptional cases and supporting client managers; • Detecting suspicious and potentially fraudulent activities; • Entering and verifying transactional data in internal systems; working with large data sets; • Communicating with external counterparties such as banks, payment systems and financial service providers; • Collaborating with internal teams including Customer Support, Finance, Compliance/AML, Custody and Reconciliation; • Participating in process automation initiatives, system enhancements and testing new tools and products.
