A well-established textile recycling company looking for warehouse staff to sort and grade used clothing for export, working as part of a large multinational team. This is a hands-on role picking up bulk stock and sorting garments by type, style and quality, or bulk-packing goods for shipment. It's physically demanding and fast-paced, so previous warehouse or factory experience is preferred. You'll work alongside our sorting teams and drivers to keep the warehouse running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Sort and grade donated clothes, shoes and accessories by quality and category • Keep your workstation tidy, organised and compliant with health & safety standards • Carry out additional tasks as directed by your Line Manager

We're looking for someone with: • Textiles experience: previous work in a textiles sorting environment (preferred) • Physical stamina: comfortable with standing, lifting and sorting throughout the shift • Strong work ethic: able to work efficiently under pressure and hit daily targets • Team player: a positive, reliable approach to working in a large team

Hours & Pay • Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30, with three 20-minute breaks (unpaid) • Pay from £12.71/hour, rising with experience and performance • Progression opportunities reviewed after your first month • Paid monthly

What we offer • Loyalty bonus and company pension • On-site parking and casual dress • Free company transport from Grange Hill Station (Central Line) or the end of the 150 bus route (Lambourne Road, Chigwell) — the site is remote and not on public transport • Support with paperwork; English is not required and we support staff whose first language isn't English

Interview / Trial All shortlisted candidates attend a one-hour paid trial at our site, including a short chat with a manager and hands-on time with a team, so you can experience the different jobs before starting.
