This role supports our parent company's operations in the US, and sits at the heart of keeping their private cloud infrastructure running properly. The RoleYou'll be the primary resource for our private cloud environments. That means owning provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of private cloud infrastructure for the US team, acting as the second-level escalation point when things get complicated, and being the person who actually follows through. Check them out at www.firstfocus.com.au/about-us What You'll Be Doing• Acting as the second-level escalation point for all cloud and infrastructure-related issues from the US service desk • Owning the full lifecycle of private cloud environments built on Nutanix AHV • Managing and maintaining Juniper Networks infrastructure • Supporting Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud workloads • Driving improvements across monitoring, automation, and documentation • Participating in shift handovers with the Australian team • Working a night shift aligned to US business hours (approx. 11pm–8am PHT, weekends off)
