Position Summary
Drive revenue growth for the South & FTA cluster by shaping and executing medium- and long-term sales strategies aligned with overall network and cluster objectives, while maximizing monetization across channels.

Areas of Responsibility
- Analyze industry landscape, competitor activity, network growth plans, and monetization trends to contribute to the development of medium- and long-term sales strategies for the cluster, aligned with network objectives
- Partner closely with Channel Business Heads to ensure alignment between sales and content strategies, maximizing revenue potential across channels
- Develop and drive annual sales plans for the cluster, set clear priorities, and cascade objectives across teams
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities, including emerging markets and segments, in collaboration with Cluster Sales leadership
- Track sales performance against plans, proactively design and implement action plans, and guide teams to consistently exceed targets
- Drive innovative monetization opportunities, including integrations, partnerships, and multi-platform solutions across channels
- Support Cluster Sales Head in structuring and delivering high-value, integrated client pitches
- Lead large and strategic deals, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders to maximize revenue outcomes
- Optimize sales costs by implementing efficient, best-in-class sales practices, contributing to improved margins
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand evolving business needs and enhance long-term partnerships
- Drive client engagement initiatives to strengthen retention and generate market intelligence
- Represent the network in industry forums to enhance brand positioning and unlock new business opportunities
- Monitor team performance at both overall and individual levels, drive capability building, ensure effective resource allocation, and enhance team engagement through structured interventions
