Commercial Insurance Coordinator
As a Commercial Insurance Coordinator, you will support most administrative functions for the sales team, including weekly reports.
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Creating policy documents, new business packages, loss payable certificates, and invoices
- Supporting client transition from the sales team to the service team
- You will partner with sales team and underwriting department on new business submissions
- Follow up on client accounts to support resolving outstanding activities
- Continuous learning through product knowledge
- Participate in ongoing process improvements to support business needs
- Provide weekly reports including internal metrics and accounts receivable tracking
The value you bring
- Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs as once
- General Insurance Level 1 License is preferred, must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hour/week
