Commercial Support Specialist

[Purpose Statement]

This role aims to ensure efficient and smooth operations within the sales and marketing organizations by supporting all documents and various requests related to the commercial organization in compliance with BSC internal regulations and processes, and by establishing new processes or regulations as necessary.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Ensure commercial sales & marketing activities comply with applicable regulations & company policies
• Manage work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner
• Provide guidance to peers as necessary regarding proprietary information
• Support BU’s sponsorship event & Manage whole related process
• Manage & arrange whole sponsorship process
• Communicate with inside & outside
• KMDIA report
• Settle various documents & evidence
• Generate various reports
• Manage PR
• Settlement expense related
• Master Maintenance (HCP / vendors)
• Support common admin jobs
• Gather and prepare data in preparation of upcoming projects; identifies future needs to complete projects
• Perform general administrative duties

[Required Qualifications]

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role; experience within a large, complex multinational company is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good verbal / written communication skills to be able to deal with people from diverse backgrounds
• Self-reliance and strong accountability
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Complete understanding of the administrative duties of the job with a broad understanding of the departmental/technical aspects of the job
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Demonstrate sound judgment and self-motivation
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Intermediate level of English is preferred
